This policy ensures your purchases arrive quickly and conveniently so you can focus on what matters most – bringing your big ideas to life. Here's a heads-up for some exceptions:

 

  • Complete orders $149 or less are assessed a $9.95 flat-rate fee for shipping and handling. 

  • Canon Inks: Distribution policy mandates that all complete Canon ink orders under $594.99 incur a $15 flat-rate fee. Orders $595 and up ship free. (Pro Tip: Order four or more ink tanks and get $25 off your purchase)
  • Canon Printers Accessories: Post-purchase accessories like roll holders and multi-function roll assemblies are charged additional freight of $74.90 in the contiguous US automatically calculated at checkout.
  •  Ricoh Small Format & Production Scanners: Due to distribution network constraints, these scanners require additional freight charges, reflected in the shopping cart at checkout.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments to these locations will incur a flat shipping fee for the extra distance. The cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Need it Faster? While we offer free standard Shipping, expedited shipping options like next-day or two-day air require an additional charge. These can't be calculated automatically, so contact one of our helpful specialists for a quick quote [here].  

 

Tracking Your Order: Most orders ship directly from multiple warehouses nationwide to ensure faster delivery. Notifications are sent as soon as your order ships.

Typically, this tracking information is available the next business day. However, it could take longer on rare occasions, such as backorders. Here's the order tracking process:

  • We receive a report with tracking numbers for all carriers the next business day.
  • We update your order status and send a tracking link directly to your email and text message (if you provide a mobile number at checkout).
  • You can also quickly check your order status and track your package anytime by logging into your account.
