At TexasPlotterSupplies.com (TAVCO), we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you receive your order and decide you wish to return it for whatever reason, please email us at: email@example.com within five (5) business days of product receipt so you may request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA.
Your RMA will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. Follow the directions within the email for a quick and easy return. All returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of RMA.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (sorry, no COD deliveries). For your protection, we encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all returns (for example: UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Please keep a copy of your tracking number until credit has been issued. Credit (less a 25 % restocking fee) will be issued after the returned product(s) is received by TAVCO and an authorized company representative has inspected the product(s) and their packaging to ensure there is no damage and that all product(s) are in good condition allowing the product to be resold.
Expedited (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Notwithstanding the above, returns cannot be accepted and credit will not be issued on custom size orders.
We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products from the hazards of shipping; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged.
Should the product you ordered arrive damaged, the best course of action is to refuse it to the carrier at time of delivery. Should you accept the package, make sure the damage is clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery record so that TAVCO may file a damage claim with the carrier.
If damage is found and shipment was not refused, please save all packing materials along with the unopened product. You must notify a TAVCO representative of damaged goods within the first five (5) days of arrival by calling 866-254-85890 and speaking with a representative for further instructions. You may also email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any freight damage.
ERRORS IN SHIPMENT
If you have received a mis-shipment due to a TAVCO error, you must contact TAVCO within five (5) days of receipt. Please contact us either by phone (866-254-8590) or email (email@example.com) so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and product return instructions.
At TAVCO, we make every effort to ensure the product we sell is of the highest quality. Should you receive a product from us that you suspect is defective, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of product receipt so we may remedy the problem.
We may require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective.
Should product(s) be deemed defective by TAVCO, said product(s) may be either exchanged or customers’ account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original order.
In any event, credit for merchandise deemed defective by TAVCO cannot exceed original purchase price of product(s).
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within ten (10) business days of your return’s arrival to the address specified by TAVCO.
All sales are final on products which are made to customer specification.
