But, sometimes it is necessary for a particular discipline to use a specific set of tools. Luckily, Bluebeam makes this easy through custom tools that you can easily download and install. Here’s how.

Select Tool Sets to jump to the topic. Here you will find quite a selection of different specific tools.
- Mechanical tools
- Plumbing tools

- Office tools (General purpose PDF markups)
Click on the tool set that you want and save it to the Downloads folder. This saves a Compressed .zip file.
- Go to the Downloads folder.
- Double-click on the compressed .zip file to open it.
- Double-click on the tool set .btx file to import it into Revu.
Note: On Windows, tool sets can be stored on a network drive so they’re accessible to all users. See the Revu Enterprise Deployment Guide for details on setting up shared tool sets.
